Principal Full Stack Developer (Type Script)

Your mission is to act as a technical leader, shaping the future of our platform and mentoring engineers around you. You'll tackle ambiguous and challenging technical problems, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and built for the long term.

Your mission might include:

• Driving the technical vision and architecture for our core product, integrating new AI features with our ML team.
• Leading large-scale technical projects, such as evolving our monorepo strategy or migrating a core service to a new architecture.
• Mentoring senior engineers, elevating the team's skills through code reviews and establishing best practices.
• Partnering with product and engineering leadership to identify and de-risk technical challenges in the product roadmap.

Your profile should include extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in software engineering, with a proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, scalable web applications. You should have deep expertise in our core technologies (Type Script, Node.js, React) and the ability to reason about the entire stack.

• A history of leading complex technical projects and making critical architectural decisions.
• A passion for mentoring and technical leadership, helping engineers grow and elevating the technical bar for the team.
• Excellent communication skills in English, articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
