Full Stack Developer

Location: Westerville, OH 43082 - onsite 4 days a week

Duration: Permanent

Salary Range: $125K - $145K max + 10% annual bonus and LTIs

Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in analyzing, designing, and developing with the .NET framework within an Azure cloud environment
• 5+ years of experience with Angular
• Experience with API design and development
• Experience with source code version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure Dev Ops)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Advanced proven experience in leading cross‑functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additional experience with CI/CD pipeline development and leveraging Azure Dev Ops.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front and back‑end development, with expertise in Angular and focusing on the .NET framework (including C# and ASP.NET) and expertise in database development with SQL Server. This person will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable, and secure applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using the .NET framework and SQL Server
• Develop and maintain APIs.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Design application performance monitoring metrics.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis for incidents to identify and address underlying issues.
