Help build the backend of our finance automation platform. Design and develop scalable, high-performance systems while working with an experienced team. Enjoy minimal meetings and the opportunity to use the product you build.

This full‑time position can be done completely remote within Germany or from our office in Berlin.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and prioritize features and requirements
• Write clean, testable and maintainable code
• Create and manage documentation for system design, code and testing
• Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Develop and maintain API integrations with third‑party systems

• Qualifications: 5+ years of experience designing and developing complex software systems;
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Tech Stack: Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Kotlin, Java, Mongo
  
  DB, Rabbit
  
  MQ, Git Hub, Circle
  
  CI, and AWS. Experience with Elastic Search is a plus.
• Ownership: Lead your own projects from inception to deployment.
• Drive: Determined to build quality features, free from bugs, following clean‑code principles.
• Collaboration: Cooperate effectively with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Product, CSM, and Integrations.
• Growth Mindset: Constantly seek opportunities to learn and take on new challenges.
