• Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the Service Now platform using both low-code (e.g., Flow Designer, Service Now Studio) and pro‑code (e.g., JavaScript, Angular) approaches.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Service Now modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM and others to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.
• Develop detailed architecture, design, and coding standards for the development teams to follow. Lead design and code walkthroughs.
• Design and implement integrations with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
• Automate business processes and tasks using Service Now's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.
• Manage data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the Service Now platform.

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with 8+ years of Service Now design and development experience.
• Experience in developing Service Now solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading the design and delivery of CSM solutions across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, REST integrations.

• Service Now Certified Application Developer and/or Service Now Certified System Administrator.
• Experience establishing and promoting Automated Test Framework (ATF) best practices, including the development and maintenance of automated regression test suites
