Pay RangeThis range is provided by YMCA of Central Stark County (Ohio). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range$11.00/hr - $16.00/hr
Job OverviewIn search of Part‑time Group Exercise Instructors for a variety of class formats;
Step, Senior Fitness, Pilates, Strength, Parkinson's classes, etc. at the Lake Community YMCA. Early morning, daytime and evening positions are available. Starting rate $11.00 – $16.00.
- Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide
- Certification from nationally‑recognized fitness accreditation agency
- Able to teach multiple formats, preferred
- Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm
- Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants
- Serve as a good role model
- Communicate with team members
- Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
