* Essential Job Functions:
*** Ensure all maintenance activities are appropriately carried out.
* Maintain and uphold all quality standards of the organization.
* Record all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintain cycle time.
* Evaluate team performance.
* Interact with other departments when necessary to ensure proper system function.
* Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
* Order materials when required.
* File purchase orders and other documentation as necessary.
* Delegate work to subordinates when necessary to ensure efficiency and timely completion of all tasks.
* Complete necessary documentation and file appropriately.
** Qualifications and Requirements:
*** At least eight years of maintenance experience with two years as supervisor.
* HS diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management preferred
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel.
* Flexible Schedule and able to work weekends or overtime when needed.
* Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues.
* Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of all duties.
* Ability to recognize mechanical malfunctions and equipment failures.
