Delivery Driver CDL A – Grove City, OH

Millcraft Paper Company invites applications for the full-time CDL‑A Delivery Driver role. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CDL‑A Driver plays a critical role in the supply chain by ensuring our products’ safe and timely delivery to their intended destination. This position requires a valid Commercial Driver’s License Class A and adherence to all relevant traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Monday – Friday
• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

• Maintain a valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License
• Drive a semi-truck/box truck on a designated route
• Pick up products, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed
• Load and unload cargo (weighing as little as 70 pounds)
• Use RF scanner to read barcodes and transfer product information, quantities, and location information directly to a warehouse management system
• Operate a pallet jack and other material handling equipment to move orders and load trucks
• Safely conduct pre/post vehicle inspections and report findings to the immediate supervisor
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Operate two‑wheelers as necessary to move and load orders
• Drive, load, and unload 100% of the load
• Report any issues or concerns to management

• Thorough understanding of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and basic driving knowledge
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds throughout the day and work in various weather conditions
• Clean driving record
• No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 7 years
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment DOT background check, physical, and drug screen
• Excellent customer service skills
• Clear and effective communication and professional collaboration with partners
• Demonstrated record of safety and quality control
• Proficient math skills
• Excellent attendance record
• Strong work ethic and high self‑motivation

• Ability to lift items that weigh a minimum of 70 pounds regularly
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and climb repetitiously throughout the day

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience
• CDL – Class A License
• Medical Card
