This full‑time on‑site role as a Charter Boat Captain is based in Port Clinton, OH. The role involves operating and navigating vessels safely and efficiently while ensuring the utmost satisfaction and safety of passengers.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer experiences
• Maintaining the vessel and performing pre‑trip inspections
• Assisting passengers with fishing or other activities
• Providing training on safety procedures
• Overseeing the crew during charters

• Proficiency in boating, operating vessels, and navigation
• Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional experiences to passengers
• Experience in boat maintenance and repair knowledge to ensure vessel readiness
• Ability to conduct and provide training on safety protocols and passenger assistance
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Possession of a valid captain’s license and all necessary maritime certifications
• Familiarity with local waterways, especially Lake Erie, is highly beneficial
