• Average Pay: $80,000.
• Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.
• 3rd shift – overnight.

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects before and after each trip & submit DOT inspection reports.
• Verify bill of lading accuracy and secure keys for off‑hour deliveries.
• Drive the tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
• Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailer and deliver products to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• Minimum 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Pass McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
