• Assist in overseeing the supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in running the warehouse.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing, and inventory.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments, including lifting and carrying materials.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Review shipping discrepancies as needed and work to rectify problems with relevant team members.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Order warehouse supplies when needed.
• Assist in the selection, training, motivation, and review of team members.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
