Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full‑time Material Handler in Minster, Ohio.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly.

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ years related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a diverse environment
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Perform work with minimal supervision; high accuracy under pressure
• Can lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs; stand for long periods; follow safety methods
• Available for flexible schedule on various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Maintain accurate picking, packing, auditing, and tote induction; stage products and load/unload trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Perform other duties as assigned
