Join our Dollar Tree Distribution Center team. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support the Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection functions.

• Receiving Department: Unload trailers, check in product, palletize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Shipping Department: Load trailers by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers while keeping the warehouse clean and safe. Meet production goals.
• Order Selection Department: Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes, place labels on boxes, and move them to the conveyor belt. Meet production goals per minute, hour, and day, while keeping the warehouse clean and safe.

• Shift 2 – Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.
  Base pay: $17.50/hr + $1.00/hr shift premium = $18.50/hr
• Shift 3 – Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
  Base pay: $17.50/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium = $19.00/hr

• No certifications required – just a strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and move up to 500+ boxes per hour.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8–12 hours per shift.
