• Oversee all materials within the company, including ordering, receiving, tracking, moving, and storing of materials.
• Receive incoming inventory and supply items, log them into the warehouse system, and stock inventory in the proper location.
• Read work orders, shipping orders, or follow verbal instructions.
• Fill customer invoices.
• Check part numbers, clean, and pack inventory items.
• Inspect inventory for defects, scratches, or other damage.
• Notify the Warehouse Manager of any problems.
• Follow all company safety and accident procedures while on company premises or operating company vehicles or equipment.
• Track all inventory in the appropriate system.
• Organize and clean warehouse space and company equipment as needed.
• Report any customer problems or concerns immediately.
• Coach fellow associates on operational practices, procedures, equipment operation, and safety procedures when needed.
• Enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations.
• Evaluate current processes and procedures, and recommend changes to warehouse management.
• Contribute ideas on ways to reduce warehouse cost per unit and increase productivity.
• Maintain working knowledge of the warehouse data system and perform various tasks within the system.
• When requested, deliver supplies and equipment in a timely fashion, while observing all Regulated DOT and OSHA standards.
• Properly maintain records as required by management in the appropriate warehouse information system.

• Track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
• Skilled at solving hard problems with a hands‑on approach.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Able to walk or stand long hours, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds routinely, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift operating experience (Forklift Certification is a plus).
• Proficient with personal computers and software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Oracle, and web‑based tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
