Lordstown, Ohio (headquarters), Rochester, New York and Jacksonville, Florida, with plans to open a new DC in Knoxville, TN in late 2026. Transportation and Warehouse are the two largest departments at each DC and operate 24/7. The Anderson-DuBose Company is hiring Warehouse Associates to work the 3rd shift (11:30 pm–9:30 am) with overtime very possible. The company offers a $1,500 sign‑on bonus paid within one year, base pay of $21.43–$22.13 after 90 days, and excellent benefits including three weeks paid time off in the first year, a $13,000+ family medical plan per year, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

• Selecting and stacking products
• Stripping trailers
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Restocking products in the warehouse
• Ability to work in multi‑temperature zones
• Using a voice system for selecting
• Stacking on carts or pallets
• Wrapping and labeling products
• Staging product in proper staging areas
• Operating material handling equipment (MHE)
• Keeping work areas clean
• Productive use of downtime
• Other responsibilities assigned by Manager or Supervisor
• Miscellaneous duties

In addition to manually handling products, the Warehouse Selector must understand how to locate products in the warehouse and operate equipment used to place pallet loads into storage.

Associates must be able to work any shift (10‑hour shifts), including all days of the week and weekends, in a fast‑paced, physically demanding job with varying temperature zones (freezer, cooler and dry storage) as required. Paid training is provided.
