Job Overview

Capstone Logistics is recruiting Warehouse Associates in Lockbourne, Ohio. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday starting 7:00 am. Weekly pay is available, with a base compensation that allows potential earnings over $1,000 per week. Benefits begin after 60 days.

• Perform various warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, sorting, and housekeeping.
• Operate forklifts or other material‑handling equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and audit as required.
• Follow safety guidelines and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

• High energy, strong work ethic, able to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Capability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred; willingness to train is acceptable.
• Availability to work the 7 am shift from Monday through Friday.
