  • Work location:

    30300 Emerald Valley Parkway, Glenwillow, OH 44139
  • Work schedule:

    2nd Shift, Sunday – Thursday, approximately 2:30 PM to shift end (subject to change)
  • Pay: $60k–$65k base salary, up to 10% bonus potential based on KPIs
Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of associates, and ensure efficient, accurate inventory handling and a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products for the assigned production shift.
  • Supervise a team of 10+ warehouse associates, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff to ensure effective performance.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete order pulling during the shift; load all orders in proper sequence and complete required paperwork.
  • Ensure all received products are stocked properly and that first‑in/first‑out procedures are followed for all stock rotation.
  • Demonstrate a strong service‑quality ethic and ensure associates understand their roles in meeting customer expectations.
  • Coordinate pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
  • Utilize the company’s warehouse management system and technologies to maximize productivity.
  • Analyze productivity levels and recommend appropriate changes.
  • Handle building security, including locking the warehouse and setting alarms after shift, if needed.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with material‑handling, health, and safety programs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and material‑handling equipment.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience required.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading/supervising a team of 10+ associates required.
