DHL Supply Chain is hiring. In this role you will play an essential part in inventory control, ensuring accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped.

• Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility, including Put‑Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack‑out, Staging, and Order Selecting areas.
• Work as a team lead, providing initial point of contact for associates and performing the duties of an inventory control clerk.
• Conduct training for new associates and assist in physical inventories.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group and provide constructive feedback.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor and ensure accurate accounting of defective or damaged product.
• Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts, reporting discrepancies, and monitoring levels.

• A minimum of 3 years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner, or similar.
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Dock Stocker, plus inventory control (cycle count, reporting discrepancies, receiving).
• At least 6 months experience with a Warehouse Management System such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, or SAP.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work 1st Shift Monday‑Friday 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.
