Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, and managing controlled substances. They are responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating associates, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory. The role involves directing workflow, motivating staff, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. The supervisor also manages safety guidelines, oversees order accuracy, and maintains quality standards for packaging and shipping.

Additionally, they handle performance tracking, attendance, overtime, and foster positive team relationships. Flexibility in work hours and participation in physical inventories are required. The position is onsite in Lockbourne, OH, supporting healthcare supply chain services.

• Qualifications:
  
  Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least two years of related, progressively responsible work experience.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  Effective communication, decision-making, basic math, analytical skills, leadership, interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, computer proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and warehouse operation knowledge. May require reach truck operation proficiency and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and physical inventories.
