Warehouse Associates Weston, Ohio 1st Shift: 6 am - 4 pm Monday thru Thursday Pay: $18.50/hour Paid Weekly

Impact Employment Solutions is seeking dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates for a pet food and pet supply manufacturing and distribution facility in Weston, Ohio. This position involves order picking, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, inventory management, and general warehouse responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming products.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
• Wrap, stack, and organize pallets for shipping.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Use warehouse computer systems to track products and shipments.
• Inspect packaging and products for quality and damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Follow company safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stack products and pallets up to 6 feet high.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.#IES1
