Job Details

• Job Title: Warehouse & Equipment Operators
• Location: Lockbourne, OH
• Available Shifts: 1st and 3rd shift
• Pay Rate: $18.00–$21.95+ per hour, depending on position and experience
• Equipment Operator Pay: Opportunities to earn in the $20s, depending on the role and experience

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products, materials, and shipments.
• Pick, pack, sort, and organize products for orders and distribution.
• Operate warehouse equipment as assigned based on experience and position requirements.
• Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Prepare products for shipping and receiving.
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and damage.
• Label, scan, and track inventory as needed.
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
• Work with team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Dependable, with a strong work ethic and good attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to remain active and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Previous warehouse, material handling, or distribution experience is a plus.
• Previous equipment operating experience is preferred for applicable positions.
