- Varied Schedule - Applicants should be open to work any day of the week with your choice of AM or PM shift
- 8-hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
- Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication and leadership.
- Administer medications to residents per physician orders and document accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding medication administration.
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and nutrition.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Assist in the coordination of medical appointments and transportation as needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents to enhance their well-being.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certifications and enhance skills.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents’ rights at all times.
- Must pass an FBI and DOJ background check.
