Part-Time Medical Receptionist

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, up to 35 hours per week

Pay: $16-$18 per hour, based on experience.

We're looking for a friendly, upbeat, and dependable medical receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate has a warm, bubbly personality, enjoys helping people, and makes every patient feel welcome.

• Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Check patients in and out and help coordinate daily office flow.
• Maintain accurate patient information and confidential health records.
• Assist with insurance verification, claims, and related paperwork.
• Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, and filing.
• Help keep the reception area and office clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Communicate professionally with patients and support the hearing care team.

A positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and comfort using computers. Previous medical office or receptionist experience is a plus.
