Responsibilities
  • Oversee service orders and flow of service drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries, including phone, email, text or in person, to assure the customer is handled properly.
  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index at or above company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
  • Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience preferred, but willing to train and will be required to complete ongoing GM and company training.
  • Organized and friendly personality.
  • Time management skills.
  • Fantastic communication skills. Communication with customers, fellow teammates and management.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Team oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency and strong computer skills is required.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check.
