ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Director of Marketing, the incumbent oversees and directs all internal and external special events.
- Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe’s Policies and Procedures
- Develops policies and procedures related to Special Events & Promotions to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee and coordinate aspects of the production for concerts and special events at the venue or off property.
- Collaborate with artists, performers, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution of their requirements.
- Act as a liaison between production teams and management.
- Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard‑free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Must possess charismatic public speaking skills as well as effective delivery of promoting the property during presentations to large groups of potential clients at trade shows.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel required.
- Enjoy and excel while working at a fast pace with multiple simultaneous projects happening in a fast‑paced, action‑oriented environment.
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to travel, mostly day travel to Florida locations, and occasional overnight.
- Proven successful supervisory experience to lead a promotional team as well as work with a variety of internal and external partners.
- Must be a self‑motivated, well‑organized communicator with a professional demeanor

Qualifications- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must possess excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to analyze Marketing and Promotions data.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word is required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to dynamic event environments.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must possess charismatic public speaking skills as well as effective delivery of promoting the property during presentations to large groups of potential clients at trade shows.
