Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino is a resort casino located in Okeechobee, FL.

In addition to its two Seminole Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, the Seminole Tribe owns and operates five Seminole Casinos across Florida. The tribe has been recognized for innovation in gaming and other businesses.

Under the direction of the Count Team/Room Supervisor, the incumbent assists in sorting, counting and recording of currency in the count room.

• Verifying documentation removed from drop boxes with information recorded on master game worksheet.
• Assist with all count room activities as assigned.
• Completing all gaming floor tasks related to the Count Team Department.

• High School Diploma or GED required, as well as currency handling skills or a combination of education and/or experience.
• Basic math skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant interaction with the general public.
• Frequent requirements to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste, and smell. Must frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds or more.
• Casino environment is hectic, fast‑paced, often crowded and noisy.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes.
