Property Profile

The new resort features a nearly 38,000 sq ft casino with 640 slot machines, 18 table games, and high‑stakes bingo. The gaming area includes 104 smoke‑free slot machines and a high‑limit section with 42 slot machines and four table games.

Responsibilities Job Summary

Under the direction of the Cage Operations Manager, the incumbent controls and accounts all cage windows, main bank, chip bank and check bank. Performs high‑volume cash and non‑cash transactions for guests and internal customers accurately and timely.

Essential Job Functions
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies.
  • Process guest and in‑house monetary transactions.
  • Balance and issue impress bank to team members.
  • Enter patron transactions into the company computer system accurately.
  • Prepare paperwork, balance sheets, and documents in accordance with S&P’s and internal controls, signing all documents legibly.
  • Transfer cash, chips and checks between cages and/or departments accurately and efficiently.
  • Strictly adhere to department policies to maintain cage operation integrity.
  • Participate in daily cage reconciliation.
  • Comply with Federal Title 31 procedures.
  • Notify appropriate managers of concerns or observations related to responsible gaming and alcohol service.
  • Promote positive public and team member relations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, hazard‑free work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to perform job duties satisfactorily; required skills include excellent interpersonal and team‑building abilities.
  • Strong cash handling and counting skills.
  • Flexible schedule availability: nights, weekends, holidays.
  • Deliver a service level that encourages guest return and creates a positive experience.
  • Proficient with computer systems, both company and vendor provided.
  • Commitment to exceed responsibilities to support organizational goals.
  • Project a professional demeanor with enthusiasm and excitement.
  • Handle a fast‑paced environment while adhering to strict guidelines and controls.
Work Environment
  • May be exposed to casino‑related environmental factors including second‑hand smoke and excess noise.
  • Requires standing, walking, manual handling up to 50 pounds, and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception).
Closing

The Tribal Council gives preference to Native Americans in all employment practices. First preference is to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the requirements, followed by members of other federally recognized tribes.
