Pay Range: $60.00‑$70.00/hr (base pay)

Job Type: PRN (Part‑time) at an in‑house Skilled Nursing Facility

Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Speech Language Pathology services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and ensuring the highest quality resident care.

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, departmental procedures, and productivity standards.
• Evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans that include target lists, short‑term and long‑term goals.
• Instruct patients, families, and staff in appropriate speech‑language procedures to support carry‑over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities.
• Complete compliant and medically necessary documentation per CMS expectations in Net Health EMR systems.
• Oversee and implement proper protocols for FEES/MBS with coordination of site programs.
• Participate in screening protocols to determine residents’ needs and ensure timely, clinically excellent service delivery.

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency.
• Active SLP license in the state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development required to maintain licensure and certification.
