Hard Rock - [Beverage Server / Crew Member] As a Barista at Hard Rock, you'll:
Promote positive guest/team member relations by answering questions, gathering food orders with accuracy, and creating genuine guest experiences;
Satisfy any/all needs of the guests, including directing guests to restrooms or other areas;
Prepare and serve menu items, including beverages in accordance with established standards set by restaurant management;
Accurately handle cash & other forms of payment using a point-of-sale system;
Maintain proper cash drawer balances.
