The description below reflects the responsibilities and expectations for the Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - PRIMARY role at Acosta.

• As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and executing retail merchandising activities.
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products; straighten products on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store; be comfortable using a company-issued mobile device to complete work and navigate multiple applications.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success; represent Acosta and client brands in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done; collaborate with the direct manager via email, phone, and text.

• Merchandise brands you know and love in a variety of categories.
• Variety in job tasks; you won’t do the same thing every day.
• Health plan options including no-copay telemedicine, regardless of hours worked.

• Scheduled work can be Sunday through Saturday. Days depend on location requirements.
• Full-Time:
  Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
• Part-Time:
  Flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Friday required).
• Start work between 6am-9am; work between 6am and 6pm (no evenings).
• Represent Acosta and clients in Walmart stores; communicate with store associates and managers.
• Collaborate with your direct manager and use Acosta’s field technology to complete tasks and report work the same day.

• Access to reliable transportation to multiple retail locations in your area on a daily schedule.
