Capital Pawn is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Florida. You’ll greet customers, assist with pawn and short-term loan services, and recommend merchandise while delivering a friendly, customer‑focused experience. Pay is $16.00–$19.00 per hour, plus unlimited commission (2–8% based on performance). Earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, health and other benefits. Store hours typically 9AM–6PM with Sundays off;
flexible weekend work and training provided.
