The Role:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning and confidence.
Encourage positive behaviour and promote a supportive classroom environment.

We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
A positive, patient and caring approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
