• Prepare, cook and present food to correct specifications.
• Operate kitchen workstations, including grills, fryers, microwaves and more.
• Work as part of a team to keep to time and quality targets.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen and health and safety standards.
• Keep cleaning as you go, including full kitchen clean‑downs.
• Rotate stock and store food safely.
• Complete required induction, role‑specific and ongoing refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement.

Part‑time – approximately 12 hours per week with flexible shift patterns across mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
