Graduate Sales and Management Programme

Responsibilities

• Generating sales opportunities via inbound and outbound calls
• Attending the World Class Sales Academy during the first 6 weeks
• Shadowing operational and sales staff
• Providing customer service and support in a specific geographical area
• Gaining exposure to various sales-based roles across the business
• Completing the Intro to Sales Development Programme
• Specialising in an area after gaining understanding of the business
• Participating in local projects
• Completing the Leadership Development Programme

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject
• A full UK manual driving licence
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
• Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face
• Willing to work hard and have fun

Demonstrates strong sales acumen through generating opportunities and providing customer service, while actively participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and leadership capabilities.
