We are currently seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic therapy team in Okemos, MI. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Evaluate and treat residents to restore or enhance their functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to achieve resident goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Michigan.
• Skilled nursing facility or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
