  • Ensure Excellence: Conduct code and design reviews to maintain quality and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Document & Communicate: Create clear architectural documentation and communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor & Inspire: Foster a high-performance, startup-minded culture that encourages learning, adaptability, and ownership.
  • Influence Product Direction: Participate in product planning and occasionally serve as a Product Owner in agile sprints.
What You Bring

  • Strong foundation in design patterns, architecture styles, and modern software development methodologies.
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Deep understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and architecture patterns.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate complex technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to align technical decisions with business objectives.
  • Business acumen to prioritize features that drive ROI and support the company’s growth vision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and motivate development teams.
Why Join Us
  • Equity & Rewards: Equity opportunities commensurate with results, giving you a direct stake in the company’s success.
  • Startup Culture: The agility and excitement of a startup, supported by experienced leadership and established customers.
  • Impact: Every architectural decision you make will shape the future of our products, customers, and company.
