• Assist with non-sales functions to support customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services as needed.
• Direct customer or vendor interaction when required, including directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance.
• Work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and operate with little/some supervision.
• Be detail-oriented, demonstrate time management skills, and maintain integrity at all times.
• Support store-specific business objectives and key operational responsibilities.
• Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
