• Install, troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program security and site automation solutions.
• Work with fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow and complete required processes of wired and wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals and communication with central monitoring to establish service.
• Demonstrate a customer service champion attitude by helping customers fix and understand protection in their home.

• Service experience and technical aptitude.
• Strong verbal communication and customer‑focused mindset.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
