Senior Revenue Accountant
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Inceed has partnered with a great company to find a skilled Senior Revenue Accountant to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Senior Revenue Accountant, where you'll play a vital role in analyzing monthly revenue data and preparing journal entries for both operated and non-operated properties. Key Responsibilities & Duties- Analyze monthly revenue data for accrual processes
- Prepare journal entries for properties
- Reconcile revenue accruals with actuals
- Communicate with departments for revenue reporting
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Assist in financial statement preparation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in oil & gas accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables
- Familiarity with revenue and general accounting principles
- Ability to analyze contracts with ASC 606 standards
- 5+ years of relevant revenue accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
- Experience with process improvements for efficiency
