Join a full-service accounting firm with over four decades of experience providing personalized accounting, tax, and advisory services. This opportunity is perfect for a dedicated professional ready to handle bookkeeping tasks for diverse clients, including those in the medical field, O&G, construction, and manufacturing sectors. The role is open due to growth, offering a dynamic environment and a chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage monthly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation
• Conduct bank reconciliations and handle bank statements
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
• Make journal entries accurately and timely
• Collaborate with team during busy season for year-end tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in financial statement preparation
• Strong skills in bank reconciliation and journal entries
• Ability to work overtime during busy seasons

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the medical, O&G, construction, or manufacturing fields
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Compensation for overtime hours
• Option for extra PTO or additional pay
• 100% health insurance coverage
• 3% match on 401k and profit-sharing plan
• 2 weeks PTO and 1-week sick leave from the start
