Position:
Accountant
OverviewFuse3 Solutions has partnered with a stable and growing organization looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team!
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain journal entries, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role.
- Experience with accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively across finance and operations teams.
