Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of accounting and finance while partnering with leadership to support business growth and financial performance.

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Manage cash reporting activities, including cash receipts, disbursements, wires, and cash flow monitoring.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support IFRS reporting requirements and foreign currency accounting as applicable.
• Help drive financial systems implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Perform cost accounting analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
• Maintain corporate authorization and financial documentation controls.
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff while contributing to a collaborative finance team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
• CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA designation preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
