What You'll Be Doing Manage daily office needs, records, vendors, employee benefits administration, and staff support.

Help plan and run conferences and events, including registrations, hotel arrangements, and attendee support.

Spend about 1–2 days per week handling AP/AR, incoming checks, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, month-end/year-end tasks, and audit preparation.

What We're Looking For Three or more years of office management, operations, or event planning experience.

Three or more years of hands-on accounting experience, including AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and closing tasks.

Strong Excel and accounting software skills, experience coordinating events, and willingness to travel overnight within Oklahoma.
