Tax Senior Associate – Oklahoma , Oklahoma

We're partnering with a Top 20 accounting and advisory firm in Oklahoma City, OK seeking a Tax Senior Associate with 2-4 years of public accounting tax experience.

• Prepare individual, business, and other tax returns across various industries and entity types.
• Support tax planning, client interactions, and special tax projects.
• Gather and analyze client information to ensure accurate and efficient tax preparation.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and develop practical solutions.
• Communicate tax matters and recommendations to engagement teams and clients.
• Train and mentor lower-level tax professionals.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 2-4 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Active CPA license or progress toward CPA preferred; EA certification also considered.
• Strong understanding of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations.
• Ability to stay current with changing tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-starter who works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
