Job DescriptionServes as initial contact for HSC Student Union information desk and HSC Student Affairs administrative office. Assists with set-up and tear down of events, and helps maintain facility.
Duties- Provide a welcoming, inviting atmosphere while performing front desk assistance.
- Greet guests of the HSC Student Affairs office, answer multi-line phone, assist with questions, data entry, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality when assisting clients for Student Counseling Services.
- Assist with a variety of tasks in the HSC Student Union and HSC Student Affairs office, including monitoring the building and helping set up and tear down for functions and events.
- Support HSC Student Affairs student programming events.
Required education: Must be currently enrolled in the current Spring Semester as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
- Must attach Spring 2025 ONE class schedule.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds
- Bending and stooping
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Walking and occasionally climbing stairs
- Availability to work morning or evening shifts
- 6-12 months of customer service experience
