Administrative Support Specialist - FAA role at LS Technologies
LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide critical office administrative support to the FAA. The successful candidate will support FAA managers and personnel with general administrative/clerical duties, and contribute to the FAA s operational and logistical functions using FAA provided software, bi-weekly Time and Attendance collection and reconciliation. This position is based in Washington, DC or Oklahoma City, OK.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain files, properly organized and labeled, and a database of graphics information on the NDP share drive for quick retrieval and merging into new documentation.
- Operate equipment such as laptops and projectors to support briefings and presentations at meetings and conferences.
- Arrange meeting locations for NDP-led meetings.
- Prepare NDP agendas, presentation materials, meeting minutes, and action item lists. Develop action item lists with due dates and assigned owners, and track status at agreed intervals until closed for internal and external customers. Perform telephone communications, space management, and property inventory management to include all accountable property such as laptops. Provide federal property management support to include inventory and tracking NDP assets, subject to Government control.
- Provide support for personnel, safety, environmental, and training related activities, including accessing FAA systems (CASTLE, E2 travel, PRISM, Delphi, and ELMs) to review, initiate reports, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform database and records management, including data entry, updating, tracking, problem resolution, and preparation of reports.
- Provide support to the Federal Program Officer, including verifying purchase and travel data.
Required: High School Diploma + 10 years relevant experience. Experience creating and editing content using Microsoft Office Suite. Experience supporting US Government clients. Eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
Preferred: Experience supporting the Federal Aviation Administration.
