Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Potential for overtime and advancement)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team supporting a company that manages traveling dog shows. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry for event operations.

• Enter and maintain accurate data related to dog show contestants, event schedules, and payments.
• Verify and reconcile payment information and contestant records.
• Ensure data integrity by reviewing entries for errors and making corrections as needed.
• Assist with generating reports and maintaining organized digital records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support event logistics and administrative tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
