Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians for service and inspections.
- Create work orders, provide status updates to customers and follow up with technicians.
- Confirm completion of work orders, review notes and follow up on pending items.
- Complete contract and quality control paperwork.
- Schedule subcontractor work and work with technicians to ensure paperwork is completed within time.
- Maintain appointment schedules, order material and equipment, receive material and issue to technicians.
- Complete daily reports, assist in coordinating activities, conduct physical inventory, act as liaison between Sales, Project Managers and technicians.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing administrative duties required within sales or service industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good decision‑making, highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Problem solving, discretion, ability to elevate matters when needed.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills, speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
- Dispatching and scheduling.
- Regular sitting, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling, speaking and hearing; frequent standing, walking.
- Regular lifting up to 10 lbs, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision and focus adjustment.
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle while seated for extended periods and at night.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
- Normal office environment.
- Moderate noise level.
The budgeted pay range for this role as of November 2024 is $19.99–$33.31 an hour.
