We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to support our invoicing and inventory tracking. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, proper inventory tracking, and smooth day-to-day office functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, has great organizational skills, and able to coordinate closely with our accounting team to keep operations running efficiently.
This role is well-suited for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with numbers, documentation, and inventory systems, and who takes pride in accuracy and organization.
What You’ll Do:Compile and submit complete invoice packets to accounting for sales booking
Verify accuracy of invoices, work orders, and supporting documents
Track that all sales are properly recorded and follow up on missing items
Monitor inventory when units are sent out for up-fits or repairs
Track vendor invoices related to outside work and modifications
Match vendor bills to purchase orders and internal records
Maintain logs and organized files of all sales and inventory documentation
Assist with resolving billing and inventory discrepancies

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with standard business hours
Occasional hybrid/remote workdays may be available after training, based on business needs
