, every detail matters — including making sure our clinicians have the supplies they need to deliver exceptional care. As an Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our field teams by managing wound care supplies, organizing inventory, and ensuring we’re always prepared to meet patient needs.
- Monitor supply levels across the company and notify management of any shortages, overages, or concerns.
- Submit restock orders to the department manager for approval to keep our teams stocked and ready.
- Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments; report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies promptly.
- Sort, label, and organize inventory in line with Total Wound Care’s procedures and storage standards.
- Build new hire supply kits by clinical role for onboarding classes and ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to mobile clinician supply requests and provide updates on any shortages, backorders, or shipping delays.
- Track and log local clinicians’ supply checkouts weekly and report to management.
- Manage and monitor LPNs’ advanced modality inventory, coordinating resupply shipments based on appointment schedules and usage levels.
- Support Providers' inventory needs by working closely with the department manager to manage resupply shipments aligned with scheduled procedures.
- Handle and store temperature-sensitive, light-sensitive, and sterile products with care and attention to standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe supply area to support efficient operations.
- Tech-savvy with experience using both desktop and mobile tools.
- Background in inventory, shipping, and receiving (healthcare experience a plus!).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy — you notice when something’s off.
- Good with numbers and basic math.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently while following established processes.
- Flexible and open to changes as Total Wound Care continues to grow and evolve.
- Takes initiative but understands the importance of communication and chain of command.
