We’re seeking an organized and proactive Service Fleet Coordinator to join our Service Department and maintain the smooth and efficient flow of our service operations and dealership vehicle management.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, vehicle movement, and department documentation.
- Support service advisors and management with scheduling, coordination, and communication.
- Assist with vehicle pickup, delivery, and transportation logistics as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the service team and customers.
- Monitor and manage dealership vehicles for the service loaner fleet.
- Ensure all vehicles meet Edmond Hyundai’s presentation and readiness standards.
- Previous experience in automotive service coordination or dealership operations preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with dealership management software (Dealer Track/Xtime or similar) a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
